FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE AirVenture, Oshkosh Wisconsin July 23, 2026
King Schools’ Envision Flight 2026, the latest version of the aviation community’s first professional development symposium at sea, is built around the idea that aviation educators learn best in a relaxed and social environment where their families can also enjoy the ride.
From October 24–29, 2026, King Schools will welcome aviation educators, flight school leaders, and CFIs onboard Royal Caribbean’s Independence of the Seas, sailing from Cape Liberty, New Jersey to Bermuda. Now in its fourth year, Envision Flight continues to build on the momentum of past gatherings —the 2025 symposium brought together 170 aviation professionals for a week of learning, networking, and time on deck.
Textron Aviation, maker of Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft, has joined as the event’s Platinum Sponsor. “Textron Aviation shares our belief that the people training the next generation of pilots deserve a first-class experience that delivers ideas and tools to help grow their businesses,” said Martha King, co-chairman of King Schools. “Having Textron on board as our Platinum Sponsor says a lot about their willingness to invest in the educators who make aviation community growth possible.”
“We’ve found many of the best ideas happen outside the conference room,” added John King. “Put a group of passionate aviation educators on a ship for five days and you get real conversations, real relationships, and a lot of energy to bring home.”
Additional high-level sponsors joining Textron Aviation aboard Envision Flight 2026 include Four Forces and Right Rudder Marketing
Attendees will take part in sessions designed to inform, energize, and reconnect with why they got into aviation education in the first place — with the conversations continuing well beyond the meeting room: over meals, on deck, and in the kind of relaxed setting where relationships and fresh ideas take off.
Discounted cabins are going quickly, and pricing is subject to increase at Royal Caribbean’s discretion, so interested attendees are encouraged to reserve their spot soon. To book, contact Group Travel Specialist Molly with Harr Travel at (909) 259-5716 or email Brian Hough Bhough@KingSchools.com. Be sure to mention King Schools or Envision Flight to receive your special discount.
For those looking to extend the trip, the cruise’s late-October timing lines up closely with peak fall foliage season in the New York area, an easy add-on for attendees flying in early or staying on after the ship returns to Cape Liberty.
